What to Know Before You Book
- All laundry is washed in cold water with your selected detergent.
- Laundry must be in a tied 13-gallon trash bag with no rips, tears, or overstuffing.
- Oversized items (anything needing to be washed or dried alone) are $15.00 per item. King-sized comforters/quilts, pillows, and rugs are not accepted.
- A $11.00 missed pickup fee applies if laundry isn’t out at the designated spot when the driver arrives.
- Cancellations should be made 12–24 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid fees.
- Laundry containing feces, vomit, mold, bugs, fire damage, or large amounts of pet hair cannot be accepted and may incur a $20.00 fee.
